Join us for an enriching five-day retreat designed to deepen your connection and awaken your erotic potential. Through guided exploration of mindful sexuality, we’ll help you identify and overcome the obstacles that may be limiting your pleasure and presence. Discover how to address unconscious beliefs that stifle desire, creativity, and engagement, and gain practical tools to foster pressure-free, exploratory intimacy.
This immersive experience invites you to move beyond conventional views of sex, embracing a more expansive understanding of eroticism. You’ll learn a simple yet powerful 4-step practice to navigate triggers with skill, transforming intimate moments to align more closely with your desires. Together, we’ll explore ways to minimize disappointment and ease performance anxiety, with a focus on cultivating Awakened Intimacy—an approach that encourages curiosity, compassion, and conscious exploration of sexual challenges.
In addition to group activities, you’ll engage in private home-play exercises customized to your comfort level. Whether you prefer staying fully clothed, limiting touch to specific areas, or exploring more freely, the program is designed to foster ease and curiosity. Each couple will also benefit from a private 30-minute session tailored to their unique needs.
To support your continued growth, we offer a two-hour online follow-up session, scheduled three to four weeks after the retreat. This session provides an opportunity to reflect, address any lingering questions, and reinforce your progress.

While routines can serve us in daily life, they undermine sexual vitality. You’ll learn why this happens and explore five ways mindfulness can enhance pleasure, intimacy, and erotic expression.
Discover how limiting beliefs and expectations stifle erotic creativity and learn to “free your mind.” You’ll also engage your “Internal Observer” to stay calm and curious, even in the face of discomfort, fostering deeper connection.
You’ll develop transformative skills to enrich your intimacy. “Mindful Touch” helps you stay present and exploratory, while “Catch and Release” shows you how to let go of thoughts and habits that dull your erotic energy.
With “Response-agility,” a simple 4-step practice, you’ll learn to navigate triggers gracefully. The “Befriending” technique helps you move beyond defensive patterns and embrace challenging emotions with compassion.
The curriculum will be customized based on participants’ needs. To help us tailor the experience, you’ll complete a questionnaire before the retreat.
Depending on the number of couples attending the retreat, the price may vary. Please email the event organizer Martina Jaser-Gross for more information on atm.jaser-gross@mailbox.org.
