We often struggle, hope and act with desires and longings that are often present only on an unconscious level, both in therapeutic and our personal relationships. If this doesn’t work, our protective personality parts become stronger and success becomes increasingly unlikely.
This workshop aims to show how interactions between people shape and transform their relationships, and how deadlocked situations can be resolved with the help of mindful skills. These topics are broken down both experientially and neurobiologically within the framework of the Hakomi method. Participants will learn:

Halko is a Clinical Psychologist and co-founder of the Hakomi Institute. He is the author of eight books, including The Handbook of Body Psychotherapy and Hakomi Mindfulness Centered Somatic Psychotherapy.

The workshop will be held in German and will provide basic knowledge of the HAKOMI method. No previous knowledge is required to participate. The workshop is aimed at people who work and/or are interested in therapy.
Please be aware that we will also be working on the floor, so please remember to wear comfortable, warmer clothing!
This workshop provides the prior knowledge required for the curricular HAKOMI training and is considered a preparatory workshop for participation in the HEART training.
